Thai foot massage uses Thai foot sticks to stimulate reflex points and includes a therapeutic massage to the legs and feet. A relaxing massage for tired legs and feet can assist you to ease muscle fatigue and reduce tension within the most unconsidered part of the body.

Thai Foot massage works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and therefore the lower leg. It involves hands-on massage and stretching techniques opening the ‘Sen’ energy lines, alongside the utilization of a standard Thai massage stick. The pressure is applied on specific reflex points on the feet to stimulate the interior organs, encouraging the body and mind to balance also reactivating the body’s natural healing mechanism. The circulation of both blood and lymphatic fluid is going to be improved and therefore the system boosted as well as stimulating the elimination of toxins.
